We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non defective items except for our Plush Toys.
- Due to the many artists that sell on our site it is not tenable for us to accept returns due to us working with multiple distributors.

- In the future we would like to make exchanges possible for all products but for now it is not possible.
We accept returns and will refund a SCP 999 Tickle Monster Plush if it is succesfully returned to us.

The product I bought was damaged. Can I exchange it?
- Yes you can! If your product was damaged or is defective we will exchange it for a non defective product as soon as possible.
- For example, if the stitching on your hat was damaged or the print on your T-shirt was not printed correctly, we can exchange these for you.
